Processing Times



  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.






Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



We currently ship within the United States and offer international shipping to select countries.


  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • International Shipping (7–21 business days): Calculated at checkout



Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs processing, and weather conditions.





Order Tracking



All orders come with a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.





Shipping Address Accuracy



Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Jadara is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.





International Orders



International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Jadara is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.





Lost or Stolen Packages



Once your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Jadara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.





Pre-Orders



If you place a pre-order, your entire order will ship once all items are in stock. Estimated delivery times for pre-orders will be noted on the product page.
